ADOPTED TO HIS FOREVER HOME!

Champ, aka Iza Chump, is a handsome, 3-year-old black male born May 5, 2005. His sire is Iza Scat Cat, making his half sister Di, and his dam is Iza Chump Change. There is not a record of Champ on Greyhound-data.com. Champ was found as a stray and picked up by the Cedar Creek Lake animal control. There were actually two greyhounds running, and Champ was easily caught, as he had a broken right hock. Dr. Jeff Ellis of VCA Preston Park Animal Hospital took x-rays to determine the extent of Champ's injury, referring him immediately to Dallas Veterinary Surgical Center where Dr. Doug Lange performed surgery on Wednesday, April 2. Champ's fractured right hock was stabilized with two screws, which may have to be removed sometime in the future. The fracture has now healed, and Champ is ready to find his forever home. It is not known at this time if Champ is small animal or cat tolerant.
