Breezy

Breezy is 7 year old, dark brindle, female greyhound born on July 5, 2012. Her sire is Flying Hydrogen and her dam is In Site of Win. Breezy has 3 races to her name at Wheeling Downs, WV and is the mom of 18 pups. It is not known at this time if Breezy is small animal or cat tolerant.

My name is Breezy. I’m a 7-year-old dark brindle girl with soft fluffy fur. I spent my younger years making puppies, but before that I did race a short time. I have to say that this new life though, is definitely the bomb! My foster mom says I’m incredibly smart because the first night I came to stay with her, I learned how to use the doggie door. Once I realized how wonderful it was to be able to spend time outside in the fresh air at my leisure; I rolled in the grass, basked in the sun for hours, then napped till dinnertime. I knew this new life was for me.

Did I mention how much I enjoy being with humans? I also love attention from my foster mom and dad. I’m not picky… I love belly scratches, kisses, hugs, or all of them at the same time. I enjoy lazy evenings sharing my bed with my sister the miniature pinscher Willow and running in the yard with my other foster sister fellow greyhound Chimay. I like to roach on my bed by the fireplace because I know my foster mom will be taking a picture of me (I’m not vain and all). My favorite times of the day are breakfast and dinner because eating is simply the best. I am very low-key, but will occasionally bark when too much time has passed between meals and I must remind my foster parents that it’s time to eat. Walkies are also fun. My foster mom tells me I have to walk on her left side and not cross in front of her. She tells me I’m very good on my walkies.
