Horse, aka AZ Big Gun Tipp, born 12/29/98 is a big handsome red male, whose sire was Gable Dodge and dam was Just Like Butter. Horse raced at Wheeling Downs and then returned to Gulf in Texas where he was a Grade B steady racer. Due to a broken hind leg, he was retired early and is looking for his forever family. Horse's breeder describes him as "extra sweet, very lovey-dovey, just a beautiful boy inside and out!" He is very laid-back, affectionate and small dog friendly.
Horse has been a very happy, loving, affectionate foster and has adapted quickly to his life in a foster home. He loves to give affection and kisses if you let him. Horse follows his 5 1/2-year-old foster greyhound brother around and tries to do everything he does. He also has a 13-year-old foster female Westie that adores him, and he likes to use her as a pillow when he sleeps. Horse loves to go for short walks but is also happy just being let out in the yard. Horse has definitely become a couch potato and loves his soft dog bed to lay on. He will make someone very happy in his forever home.
