Neptune is an approximately 2 year old red male saluki/greyhound who is part of a cruelty surrender of 8 from west Texas on September 21, 2016. Neptune has a positive titer to Ehrlichia Canis, and his treatment will start as soon as a foster home is located and he has gained some much needed weight. Upon his arrival he weighed only 46 pounds. Neptune is not considered cat tolerant at this time.

Neptune has gained some weight and is being treated for his positive titer to Ehrlichia Canis.

UPDATE 12/2/2016

Neptune's blood tests indicate he has been successfully treated for the positive titer to Ehrlichia Canis, and his PCR test is negative. This boy has completed all his medical procedures and is ready to find his forever home!
