GALTX

Pumpkin is an estimated 1 year old red brindle male greyhound mix born in 2021. He was surrendered to GALT when his owner had to work more hours and could no longer care for him properly. Pumpkin is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm. He should not live with cats.

Pumpkin is a dazzling creature of fortitude and warm embrace. This handsome man sports a beautifully unique orange brindle coat and wears it with pride.

Pumpkin has waited a long time for a home of his own, and his natural sense of confidence has started to dwindle. Pumpkin longs for cuddles and a warm spot on the sofa. All he asks for is a chance to love a human of his own. See, Pumpkin loves people. He is the kind of good boy that needs a human to feel a sense of purpose. His confidence would thrive in a stable home of his own. In fact, Pumpkin loves people so much that he would prefer to have a human that is home a lot. As much as Pumpkin loves people, he does have a bit of an alpha complex towards other dogs. Pumpkin would do best as an only dog or in a home with female dogs.

Pumpkin is currently heartworm positive and needs a quiet home where he can begin to heal. He will be the ultimate companion and is ready to make some new, happy memories in a forever home of his own.
